Order processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days after confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery takes 5 to 7 working days across Pakistan. We ship with PostEx.

Shipping charges

Delivery is Rs 250 for the first item, plus Rs 50 for each additional item in the same order.

  • 1 item — Rs 250
  • 2 items — Rs 300
  • 3 items — Rs 350
  • 4 items — Rs 400

The delivery charge is collected by the rider along with the price of your order.

How Cash on Delivery works

You place your order without paying anything up front. The PostEx rider delivers the parcel to your address and collects payment in cash at the time of delivery.

There is nothing to pay online and no card details are needed.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched we send you a tracking number, which you can use to follow your parcel through PostEx.

If you have not received a tracking number or your parcel appears delayed, message us on WhatsApp at +92 329 3466671 with your order number.

Delays

Public holidays, seasonal sales and courier logistics may affect delivery times.

Incorrect addresses

Feather Footwear is not responsible for courier delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. Please check your address and phone number carefully before confirming your order, as our courier will call to arrange delivery.
