Refund policy

At Feather Footwear, we aim to provide a smooth and trusted shopping experience.

Exchange Window:

  • We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, clean, and in its original packaging.
  • The Customer must pay the delivery charges

When Exchange Is Not Accepted:

  • If the product shows signs of wear or use.
  • If the request is made after 7 days.

Defective or Wrong Product:

  • Exchange or replacement (based on customer preference and stock availability).
  • Feather Footwear covers the return shipping cost.
  • Customers may contact Customer Service for assistance in choosing a new product.

Photo Verification Required:

  • Customers must share clear photos of the product with our customer service team before any exchange or replacement can be processed.

Damaged Product Reporting Time:

  • If a product arrives damaged, the customer must report it within 2 day of delivery, along with photos, for verification and assistance.

Refund Policy:

  • No cash refunds are provided.
  • If customer received damaged product, we may provide cash refund
  • Customers may exchange for any other available product but they have to pay the delivery charges.
  • The customer can not get lower value item and ask for the remaining cash
  • The customer has to spend the same amount of money or more in order to initiate exchange
