At Feather Footwear, we aim to provide a smooth and trusted shopping experience.
Exchange Window:
- We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, clean, and in its original packaging.

The Customer must pay the delivery charges
When Exchange Is Not Accepted:
- If the product shows signs of wear or use.

If the request is made after 7 days.
Defective or Wrong Product:
- Exchange or replacement (based on customer preference and stock availability).
- Feather Footwear covers the return shipping cost.

Customers may contact Customer Service for assistance in choosing a new product.
Photo Verification Required:

Customers must share clear photos of the product with our customer service team before any exchange or replacement can be processed.
Damaged Product Reporting Time:

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must report it within 2 day of delivery, along with photos, for verification and assistance.
Refund Policy:
- No cash refunds are provided.
- If customer received damaged product, we may provide cash refund
- Customers may exchange for any other available product but they have to pay the delivery charges.
- The customer can not get lower value item and ask for the remaining cash
